Returns
- Not the one? You have 30 days from delivery to return it.
- Watches must be unworn, with all tags and the original gift box.
- To start a return, reach us through our contact page with your order number.
- Once we receive the watch, your refund goes back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or wrong item
If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
