Refund policy

We want you to love your watch. If you don't, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

• Watches must be unworn, with original packaging and tags.
• To start a return, email us with your order number and we will send you return instructions.
• Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund goes back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• If your watch arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days and we will replace it or refund you, including shipping.
• Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the watch arrived damaged, defective or wrong.

Water resistance: our watches are splash resistant for everyday wear, like hand-washing or rain. They are not made for swimming, showering or diving, and damage from submerging them in water is not covered.
